William is one of our most experienced photographers and guides, and has worked with Vietnam in Focus since 2015.
He has a BA in Fine Art Photography and has worked as a freelance photographer for many years. He used to shoot weddings and portraiture and has completed a wide body of commercial work. However, his personal work is mainly street and documentary-style photography.
Will has exhibited photographic projects including ‘I Am Alive’, a body of work concerned with recovering from depression, and ‘Shanghai Ritual’, a collaborative work shot in the streets of the densely-populated Chinese city. Other shows he has taken part in include; ev+a international, First Fortnight Arts Festival and Westport Arts Festival.
Will has lived in Hanoi for over five years, and often leads our city photo tours. He is also in charge of training new photographer guides at Vietnam in Focus.
