Portfolio Reviews
One thing we always wish we had more time for on tours is post-shooting feedback and editing. We do offer it of course, but you guys are usually too busy enjoying yourselves actually taking pictures to sit down in front of a screen and review. Who wants to stare at a laptop when you could be out snapping portraits in a bustling tribal market in Ha Giang, or capturing sunrise on the Hai Van Pass?
That’s why we’re offering both online and in-person portfolio reviews with our professional photographer guides. Each 1-1 class takes 1.5 hours, and you’ll receive personal feedback and advice on everything from composition to post-production. You can also book in for a series of 3 classes, allowing you and your guide time to analyze your work in more depth. All you need to do is send us a folder of maximum 20 pictures, ideas on what you’d like to discuss or improve, and your available dates and times. Your guide will review the photos carefully before your session, so time on the call is well-spent.
You can pick any photographer from the choices below, but you may of course prefer to catch up with your favourite guide from a tour with us. Just let us know who you’d like to meet in the form, and we’ll arrange it. Classes are conducted via Google Meet or whichever platform is easiest for you.
The price is $90 per 1 hour session or $245 for a series of 3 sessions.
